Przemyslaw Holowacz is director of development at CSL Group, a logistics and freight forwarding company. His work focuses on the development of the company’s business, particularly in the context of the challenges of Brexit and the war in Ukraine. Holowacz is known for his active participation in international trade fairs and meetings of the TSL (Transport, Forwarding, Logistics) sector. In interviews, he often emphasises the importance of service quality and safety in logistics, as well as adaptation to changing economic conditions. His activities also include promoting Polish ports, such as Szczecin and Świnoujście, as key points in international trade. It is involved in initiatives to develop logistics infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. The next step is to build logistics for the offshore industry.

Rafał Zahorski
Plenipotentiary of the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority SA for port development
Pomeranian and Szczecinian, born in 1969. Graduated from the Maritime University of Szczecin, completed the first MBA at the West Pomeranian Business School. He has worked as a seaman, warehouseman, freight forwarder, shipping officer and manager. From 1999 to 2015 he was founder and head of the Belgian Magemar Polska Sp. z o.o. and from 2005 similarly of the Chinese Dongemar in Xiamen. From 2007 till the end of 2023, he was, by nomination of the Marshal of the JPA, Plenipotentiary for Maritime and Inland Waterways. He has been involved in free consultations for many foreign investors in Poland, author of many articles and publications and participant-panelist of many industry conferences, consultant, academic lecturer and trainer. Laureate of many industry awards and owner of the Szczecin Gazeta Wyborcza award, i.e. Szczupak 2021, for his courage in saying and writing in public for the previous 6 years what others did not have the courage to do. He was the originator and head of the team behind Poland’s first ever import from the UK of a historic 1938 THPV Bembridge seagoing vessel. He was the originator and executor of showing the entire port of Szczecin through the lenses of as many as 8 webcams between 2004 and 2015. In 2007, he was nominated by the President of ZMPSiŚ SA to the honorary position of Board Representative for Marketing and Foreign Investment. From 2009 to August 2015, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Stakeholders’ Council of the Port of Szczecin and its chairman in 2014/15.
Since 2007 he has been, by nomination of King Albert II of Belgium, Foreign Trade Advisor to the Belgian Ambassador to Poland and since 2013 Economic Diplomacy Counsellor.
Currently plenipotentiary of the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority SA for port development.
Privately, he is a beekeeper, chicken breeder, and lover and mechanic of old cars and old audio from the Danish B&O brand.
Piotr Żeglarski
Business Development Manager, Seaway 7
Graduate of the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin, Kozminski University and Maritime University in Gdynia. He has been working in the broadly defined maritime business for 20 years. Initially on ships with specialization in gas carriers and heavy transporters; since 2010 shipowner’s representative as nautical inspector. Since 2017, on behalf of Seaway7, he is responsible for business development in the Baltic and Scandinavian region in the field of offshore wind farm development. He specializes in strategic planning and analysis.

Małgorzata Babska
Senior Communication and Stakeholder Manager, RWE Renewables Poland
Stakeholder management and communication experts with many years of experience in the energy industry. She has been working for RWE since November 2023, where she supports the development of the F.E.W. Baltic II offshore wind farm project – the first RWE offshore wind project in Poland – from the communications side and in the area of building public acceptance. She is also responsible for the preparation and implementation of projects addressed to the local community living in the area where the infrastructure accompanying the RWE offshore wind farm in Poland will be implemented in the future. She specializes in communication of investment processes.
Since the beginning of her adventure with the energy sector, i.e. since 2015, she has been involved in the energy transition process. From 2022 to 2023, associated with the heating sector, where she supported the decarbonization investments of the Finnish energy company Fortum in Poland from the communication side. From 2015 to 2022, she worked at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna where, first in the investor relations team and then in the external communication team, she supported energy transition processes in the area of mining and conventional electricity and heat generation.

In her position as general manager, she successively managed Windhunter service sp. z o.o., Windhunter academy sp. z o.o. and VRS Solutions sp. z o.o. sp.k.
Currently responsible for the development of the Windhunter group’s research and development projects, including those related to offshore wind energy.

Janusz Czajkowski
Managing Director, SEA Global Sp. z o.o.
Offshore and maritime industry expert with over 20 years of experience in project and company management worldwide. An engineer and experienced offshore sailor, he is a visiting lecturer at the Gdansk University of Technology, the Naval Academy in Gdynia and the Maritime Academy in Gdynia. Janusz brings together the offshore industry, economics, engineering and logistics, focusing on supply chain challenges, as well as safety and security, including offshore wind and oil and gas installations, in all phases of design, construction, installation and operation. Janusz has spent a decade working towards a strong European complementary offshore industry supply chain based on local communities, industries and supply chains. Janusz Czajkowski runs SEA Global sp.z.o.o. as managing director and partner and volunteers his support to PIMEW as Chairman of the Chamber Council and to Employers of Pomerania as Board Representative for the Offshore Economy.
Marcin Wróbel

Marcin Wróbel is an experienced wind power expert with 15 years of experience in an international organization in the implementation of projects in both onshore and offshore wind power. During his career, he has been responsible for projects at every stage of implementation – from sales to construction to maintenance – in Poland as well as in other European countries. Currently, at Siemens Gamesa, he is responsible for the implementation of the largest offshore wind farm in Poland. His extensive experience and knowledge make him a valued panelist at industry conferences, where he shares his insights and best practices in wind energy.

Michał Przepiera
Deputy Mayor of the City of Szczecin for Investment and Entrepreneurship.
Michal Przepiera was born on 27 April 1974. In the early years of his professional career he worked, among others, in law firms, consulting companies and commercial enterprises.
Since April 2002 at the Szczecin City Hall as a specialist in the Department of Municipal Economy and Environmental Protection. From July 2003 to November 2004 Head of the Municipal Management Supervision Department in the WGKiOŚ. From November 2004 to March 2012 Director of the Department of Municipal Economy and Environmental Protection (WGKiOŚ), and from April 2012 Director of the Strategy Office. In May 2014 appointed as Deputy Mayor of the City of Szczecin, a position he holds to this day.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. He also completed Postgraduate Studies in Administrative and Local Government Law and Postgraduate MBA Studies at the University of Szczecin. He is a certified Measure Authorising Officer. He has also completed training in PRINCE II management.
Artur Ambrożewicz
General Director, Vulcan Training & Consultancy
Artur Ambrożewicz, a 2003 graduate of the Gdynia Maritime Academy, began his career as a deck officer just one year later, in 2004. From 2006, he sailed on offshore oil & gas vessels. Over the years, he gained experience, gradually moving up the maritime hierarchy to take on the role of captain in 2014. His strong commitment to the maritime industry led him to found Vulcan Training & Consultancy, where he is currently CEO.
His competence and significant contribution to the development of the maritime sector has been recognized, resulting in his appointment as Vice President of the Board of the Polish Chamber of Offshore Wind Energy in January 2024. As vice-president, he is actively involved in shaping wind energy policy and development in Poland.
Privately, Artur Ambrożewicz is a keen sailor, which adds a personal dimension to his relationship with the sea. His passion for sailing is an important part of his work-life balance.

Janusz Gajowiecki
President of the Management Board, Polish Wind Energy Association
President of the Polish Wind Energy Association, he has been involved in the wind industry since 2008. He was previously the director of the Association. Janusz Gajowiecki is an expert on grid integration and support systems. He represents the wind energy industry in numerous consultations, working groups and discussions with other energy market participants in Poland and the EU. He graduated from CBS Copenhagen University – with a Master of Science degree – specializing in international relations.

I have a cross-cutting experience in energy, environmental, water treatment and wastewater treatment, which allows me to create complex solutions for the industrial sector. I am currently involved in the development of Power-to-X projects, focusing on the implementation of hydrogen and renewable energy technologies. I work with companies and institutions, pursuing an integrated approach to sustainability and long-term value for business and the environment.
